It stays yours. Your data in the account area gives you the whole lot as a ZIP, any time: songs, setlists, gigs, venues, contacts and your notes, plus the original chart, rider and invoice files. Cancelling stops the renewal. It doesn’t wipe the band’s history, so it’s still there if you come back.

Yes, once you've asked for it. On the gig day page there's a Save for tonight button: tap it while you still have signal and the charts, lyrics, keys and BPMs for that gig go onto the device, along with the on-stage screen itself. After that you can run the whole set in a basement with no signal.

Bandhelper JSON import is shipped: songs, setlists, the lot, in one go. PDF, ChordPro and plain-text chart import are on the list. Each chart is your file; we display it, we don't try to be clever about it.
